What is Livelog? +
Livelog is a Danish booking and production system built specifically for music venues and festivals. It brings together booking, contracts, artist communication, technical details, running order and show-day execution – so the whole team works from the same data.
Who is Livelog for? +
Professional music venues and festivals that book concerts and need to keep track of shows, artists, technical needs, logistics and finances. From smaller venues with 5 users to large festivals with 100+ users and many stages.
What is LiveLinks / the artist portal? +
LiveLinks is your artist portal. You send a link to the agency or artist and they fill in technical needs, riders, band & crew, vehicles and other details directly. Everything lands on the show in Livelog – no more copy-pasting from emails.
Does it support contracts and digital signing? +
Yes. Generate contracts directly from show data, sign internally in Livelog, and send a signing link to the artist or agency. When signed, both parties receive a copy and the show status can update automatically.
What languages is Livelog available in? +
The Livelog application is currently in Danish. We are happy to onboard international teams in English – please get in touch and we'll discuss the best path for your venue.
What happens after the 30-day trial? +
Nothing – unless you want it to. We have a chat about your experience, and if you'd like to continue we agree on a plan that fits. No automatic billing, you decide.
